Ajax Hood Outdoor Detector

Description

Wireless outdoor motion detector designed to protect outdoor areas around your home, garden, entrance or other areas by detecting movement with infrared sensors. It connects securely to your Ajax security system via the encrypted Jeweller protocol and can communicate with the hub up to approx. 1,700 m in open area. MotionProtect Outdoor features anti-masking, sabotage/tamper protection and immunity to small animals (up to approx. 80 cm tall when properly installed), which helps reduce false alarms even in harsh outdoor environments. The detector is weatherproof with an IP55 rating and can operate in temperatures from approx. –25 °C to +60 °C.
