The Pax Passad 30 is a premium, Swedish-made bathroom extractor fan engineered for properties utilizing natural draft ventilation systems. 

It is designed to efficiently eliminate condensation, dampness, and odors in high-humidity zones such as bathrooms, utility rooms, and WCs. Operating at an ultra-low energy consumption of just 4W, the fan is remarkably quiet, emitting only 21–27.9 dB(A) at 3 meters.

This advanced extractor fan features dual-trigger automation, combining a fully adjustable humidity sensor with an intuitive light and motion sensor. It activates automatically when moisture levels spike or when the room's lighting is turned on, running with a built-in 15-minute overrun timer for optimal clearing. It boasts an IP44 rating for safe wet-room installation. 

Note: If installed in a wall duct lacking natural draft, a separate backdraught shutter accessory must be fitted.
