CTC EcoPart 400 Ground Source Heat Pump (Models 406 - 417 LEP)

The CTC EcoPart 400 series (models 406 to 417 LEP) is a family of highly efficient and exceptionally compact brine-to-water heat pumps (ground, borehole, or lake source) with capacities ranging from 6 to 17 kW. By omitting an internal water storage cylinder and a master user interface, these units achieve a remarkably low clearance height of just 760 mm. This makes them the ultimate solution for low-ceiling basements or strict utility spaces where a standard upright heat pump cannot fit. For large residential setups or light commercial settings with high heating requirements, up to ten units can be cascaded together in a single system grid.

Utilizing an advanced cooling circuit and a heavy-duty scroll compressor, the series delivers the same top-tier performance as CTC’s all-in-one models, capable of producing flow temperatures up to 65 °C. The brine connection configuration offers unparalleled installation flexibility, allowing the source piping to enter from the unit’s right, left, back, or top panel. Every model features a factory-fitted, A-rated low-energy brine pump (LEP). In addition, the high-output 414 and 417 LEP versions come standard with a factory-fitted heating medium charge pump. The system reaches full smart automation when docked to a CTC EcoZenith indoor system module or paired with a CTC EcoLogic master controller.
