The CTC EcoPart 425 Basic is a robust, high-capacity brine-to-water heat pump (ground, borehole, or lake source) delivering a fixed output of 25 kW. It is engineered primarily for larger residential complexes, agricultural sites, or commercial buildings with substantial space heating demands. By omitting an internal domestic hot water cylinder, this Basic model variant provides an exceptionally versatile baseline architecture meant for clean docking alongside pre-existing or larger external configurations. While it features an integrated CTC BasicDisplay screen for simple on-site reading, it reaches full system automation when cascaded and managed by an EcoPart Pro module, an EcoLogic master controller, or an EcoZenith intelligence tank.

The mechanical loop utilizes a heavy-duty, low-noise scroll compressor coupled with an electronic expansion valve. The system achieves a premium seasonal efficiency rating (SCOP of 4.8) and reliably delivers high flow temperatures suitable for both modern low-temperature underfloor heating grids and standard radiator networks. Its modular structural core permits up to ten individual EcoPart units to be linked together in a single hybrid network for heavy-duty commercial energy demands. To guarantee maximum comfort inside the facility, the entire cooling module is fully enclosed within a heavily sound-insulated and vibration-dampened cabinet, securing a discrete and nearly silent operation.
