CTC EcoPart 616M Ground Source Heat Pump

The CTC EcoPart 616M is a heavy-duty, highly compact brine-to-water heat pump (ground, borehole, or lake source) featuring advanced inverter speed control. This specialized unit is intentionally engineered for larger residential properties, multi-family homes, or light commercial settings with strict installation footprints, or setups where an independent domestic hot water cylinder is already present. By omitting an internal water storage unit and master screen interface, it achieves a low clearance height of just 760 mm, making it the perfect solution for low-ceiling basements or placement underneath pre-existing hardware. Its intelligent compressor continuously modulates its output between 4 and 16 kW to balance real-time energy draws, minimizing utility bills and system wear.

The mechanical architecture is optimized for hybrid docking, working seamlessly alongside CTC EcoZenith indoor modules or external CTC EcoLogic master controllers. For high-capacity property applications, up to ten units can be cascaded together in the same network. Delivering flow temperatures up to 65 °C, it effortlessly supports both modern underfloor heating grids and older high-temperature radiator systems. To guarantee premium comfort inside the home, the scroll compressor and cooling loop components are fully enclosed within a heavily sound-insulated compartment, securing nearly silent operation.
