Description

LK Manifold Cabinet GV Prefab is delivered complete with mounted LK Heating Circuit Manifold RF including couplings for connecting underfloor heating pipes dimension 16mm. The manifold has a shut-off valve mounted on the supply. On the return there is LK OptiFlow Evo II mounted for flow adjustment and shut-off. For sizes 2 - 8, OptiFlow 2 - 16 l/m is mounted. For sizes 9 - 12, OptiFlow 4 - 36 l/m is used. NOTE! The cabinet is intended for right-hand mounting, i.e. the manifold is connected from the right side of the cabinet, either via the side panel or via the cabinet bottom. The cabinet has a tight bottom with rubber pipe penetrations. The cabinet bottom is equipped with a drain connection, which means that any leakage water is drained to an inspectionable location in accordance with industry practice. The cabinet is made of 1mm powder-coated steel sheet, RAL 9016.

The cabinet is intended to be installed either built-in to the wall or externally on the wall. The minimum stud thickness for installation is 95mm. There are different frame/door solutions for the cabinet, depending on where the cabinet is installed and the aesthetic requirements: The standard frame/door is made of powder-coated steel sheet, RAL 9016. There are two types of standard frame/door, depending on whether the cabinet is installed inside or outside on an interior wall. When installed outside, the cabinet must also be supplemented with a base to hide pipes between the cabinet and the floor. When installing in rooms with a waterproofing layer on the wall, the cabinet should be supplemented with LK Wet Zone Cover Preseal, which is connected to the wall's waterproofing layer. For a discreet / hidden installation of LK cabinets, it is advantageous to use LK Gypsum Cover Hidden.

The cabinet is supplied with pipe penetrations size 8–20, pipe penetrations for pipes/empty pipes size 12–34, bellows sleeve and 1.5 meters of empty pipe for drainage, drainage bend with outlet plate, cable penetrations for room control, spray protection and installation instructions. If a supply line in size 32 (with empty pipe 42) is to be connected, the cabinet should be supplemented with LK Pipe Penetration 32 RiR. The back of the cabinet is equipped with four pre-assembled M8 nuts that can be used for fastening to the LK Cabinet Stand when you want to mount the cabinet before a concrete slab is cast. The cabinet's ends are equipped with knockout holes for possible side connection of supply and return lines. The top of the cabinet has knockout holes for possible trunking through the cabinet as well as knockout holes for possible cable entries to room control.
