Tips for maximum effect: To make use of the entire heating effect and heat as efficiently as possible, we recommend that the boiler be connected to an accumulator tank of at least 1500 litres. This optimizes the system, provides fewer aging opportunities and reduces maintenance.

Important installation and heating requirements

To ensure optimal operation, long service life of the system and retained warranty, it is important to follow these guidelines during installation and use:

• Wood quality: Use dry wood with a moisture content below 25% and a length of approximately 50 cm.
• Chimney dimensions: At least Diameter 150 mm wide steel pipe, alternatively at least 180x180 mm wide brick chimney (approx. 300 cm²). The chimney height must be at least 5 metres.
• Minimum draft: 0.5 mm VP.
• Flue gas temperature: Should be around 170 °C when the boiler is new to effectively prevent condensation and corrosion in the chimney.
