The NIBE ELK 26 is a premium, Swedish-made wall-mounted electric heater cassette designed to serve as a high-capacity auxiliary or peak-load heat source in water-borne climate systems. Primarily engineered to operate alongside residential or small commercial-grade heat pumps, this compact electric boiler guarantees constant indoor temperatures and reliable heating operation during severe winter weather when additional system support is required.

In essence, the unit functions as an immersion heater installed inside a robust steel casing, containing no built-in domestic hot water facility or expansion tank. It is equipped with premium acid-resistant stainless steel heating elements, an integrated high-temperature limiter, and contactors to allow external automatic management. The boiler configuration divides the total 26 kW output into three controllable power stages (4 kW, 7 kW, and 15 kW). This smart modulating configuration balances the energy draw against the property's real-time demand, protecting the local grid from sudden electrical surges.
