Description

Residual current circuit breakers are used as personal or plant protection in the event of a fault to earth that is greater than 30mA or 300mA. 30 mA for personal protection and 300 mA for plant protection. All residual current circuit breakers are surge-proof, which means that they are protected against unnecessary disconnections on the power grid due to transients or what we call spikes. All type A earth-leakage circuit breakers are sensitive to direct current pulses and can therefore break the main circuit in the event of fault currents other than sinusoidal. The earth-leakage circuit breakers are equipped with a transparent protective cover for marking. Flexible conductors can be connected under the phase rail with screw connections. The function of the residual current circuit breaker should be checked regularly every 6 months using the test button on each residual current circuit breaker. Minimum temperature -25ºC. The residual current circuit breaker is in accordance with standard EN 61008. Conductors can be connected from the top or bottom.
