Description

The certified TorqueVario-S VDE torque system offers controlled screw tightening and safety in electrical applications. The tool kit contains an ergonomic torque wrench handle with integrated numerical scale, 9 SlimBits, a bit holder, the setting tool and a screwdriver with bit holder SoftFinish electric SlimVario for SlimBits. All components are conveniently and clearly placed in a durable, high-quality box. The torque screwdriver VDE covers a wide range of applications with the variably adjustable torque range from 0.8-5.0 Nm. A clear acoustic signal that is also felt when the torque is triggered means that a process-safe torque mechanism is guaranteed, which protects against damage to materials and against rework. With a trigger accuracy of +/- 6%, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789. The insulated ClicFix bit holder ensures that the 75 mm long SlimBits are firmly seated thanks to a mechanical blade lock. Both the torque screwdriver and the SlimBits undergo a piece inspection according to the international standard IEC 60900 and make it possible to work safely on live parts up to 1000V AC.
