Underground Pipes & Fittings

Welcome to our extensive range of underground pipes and fittings designed for reliable, long-lasting drainage installations. Here, you will find durable components made of polypropylene and PVC, specifically engineered to withstand soil pressure, cold temperatures, and harsh outdoor ground conditions. Whether you are installing a new drainage system, expanding existing piping, or laying stormwater lines from your property, we offer the right pipes and fittings for the job.

Our range includes everything from bends and branch pipes to double sockets, slip couplings, adapters, and sand-coated wall sleeves. All components are designed to ensure tight, secure joints and optimal underground flow. Shop for your underground pipes and fittings safely and conveniently at vvsmax, with fast delivery directly to your project site.

Everything you need for safe ground drainage and stormwater

A well-functioning ground drainage system is the foundation for a moisture-proof and worry-free property. Ground pipes and associated pipe fittings are used to drain waste water and stormwater from the house foundation to the municipal network or an individual sewage system. The characteristically reddish-brown pipes and couplings are dimensioned and reinforced to be installed in soil where the load from soil masses, ground movements and external pressure places high demands on strength and tightness.

Common pipe fittings and their areas of use

To build a complete pipe system with the right slope and direction, different types of pipe fittings are needed:

  • Ground bends: Available in angles such as 15°, 30°, 45° and 88.5° to guide the pipe smoothly and prevent future blockages.
  • Branch pipes: Used when several pipes are to be connected together, for example downpipe pipes to a common trunk.
  • Double and sliding sleeves: Excellent for joining straight lengths of pipe and for easy repairs to existing pipe runs.
  • Reducers: Enables safe dimensional changes between different pipe sizes in the system.
  • Sanded through pipes: Equipped with a sanded exterior to provide optimal adhesion and a tight connection when pouring through concrete walls and basement walls.
  • Pipe plugs: Protects open pipe ends against dirt, gravel and debris during ongoing construction and civil engineering work.

Things to consider before installation

For a successful and long-lasting result, the installation should be planned carefully:

  • Dimensions: Check that the diameter matches the flow requirements. The most common standard dimension for residential drainage is 110 mm.
  • Falls and shafts: Ensure the correct slope along the entire shaft bottom so that the water is drained away by natural fall without the risk of sedimentation.
  • Backfill: Use fine-grained, stone-free material closest to the pipes and pack carefully around the sides to provide even support for the pipes.
  • Lubricant: Use a suitable lubricant on the rubber rings during assembly to simplify assembly and minimize the risk of damage or folding of the seal.
