Description

CTC EcoAir 610M is a modern and modulating air/water heat pump designed to cope with Nordic weather conditions with the highest possible operating economy. The heart of the unit consists of a continuously regulated compressor with a power range between 2.5 and 10.0 kW. By continuously sensing the property's actual energy needs, the capacity is dynamically adjusted to the prevailing outdoor temperature. This smooth control reduces unnecessary start and stop cycles, minimizes mechanical wear of components and provides energy-efficient heating that can reduce energy costs for heating by up to 80 percent.

Energy-efficient outdoor air heating without the need for ground work

Extracting energy from the outdoor air is a cost-effective and gentle method that completely eliminates the need for ground collectors or deep boreholes. CTC EcoAir 610M can handle outdoor temperatures down to minus 22 degrees and produces supply temperatures of up to 65 degrees for both radiators, underfloor heating and hot water. The heat pump achieves an annual coefficient of performance (SCOP) of 4.8 in an average climate and 35 degrees supply, and a COP of 4.71 in standard measurements according to EN14511 (W35 degrees at plus 7 degrees outdoor air). When the heat pump is installed together with adapted control, the highest energy classification A+++ is achieved.

Quiet design with built-in winter protection

The design is carefully designed with advanced sound attenuation and aerodynamically balanced fan blades, resulting in a very discreet sound image. The sound power level (LWA) is specified at 53 dB(A), while the sound pressure level at a distance of 5 meters is a low 34 dB(A) and at 10 meters drops to 28 dB(A). To ensure reliable operation during the winter months, the unit is equipped with demand-based automatic defrosting. Furthermore, a factory-fitted and electrically heated condensation water tray is included as standard, which prevents ice formation under the heat pump when temperatures drop below freezing.

To create a complete and well-balanced heating system, the CTC EcoAir 610M is connected to a suitable indoor or control unit:

CTC EcoZenith i350 and i360: Indoor modules with integrated hot water preparation and an intuitive color touchscreen that provides a full overview and easy management of the property's indoor climate.
CTC EcoLogic: Smart control modules that enable docking with existing energy sources such as wood and pellet boilers, accumulator tanks, solar heating and pool heating in up to four independent heating circuits.
