Description

The CTC EcoAir 614M represents a modern generation of speed-controlled air/water heat pumps that extract renewable energy directly from the outdoor air. With a modulating power range between 2.5 and 14.0 kW, the integrated scroll compressor adjusts the heat production in real time based on the house's instantaneous needs. This minimizes the number of start and stop sequences, saves mechanical parts and can reduce annual heating costs by up to 80 percent without requiring an energy well or buried ground loops.

Reliable performance and quiet operation in Nordic climates

The design is designed to withstand severe winter cold with stable operation down to minus 22 °C and can produce supply temperatures of up to 65 °C. The outdoor unit operates very quietly thanks to a well-balanced fan geometry and an insulated compressor compartment.

Safe operation in cold weather

To maintain high efficiency during frost periods, the system is equipped with a demand-activated defrost function. A factory-integrated trough with heating element safely drains away the condensation water, which prevents ice from forming on the ground under the outdoor unit. The outer casing consists of galvanized and powder-coated steel sheet, which provides long-term protection against rain, wind and snow.
