Description

The residual current device is a combined residual current device and miniature circuit breaker (RCBO) that provides both personal protection and protection against overcurrent in electrical installations. It continuously monitors fault currents and automatically breaks the current in the event of an earth fault, overload or short circuit. The device has a rated current of 16A, B-characteristic and a sensitivity of 10 mA, which provides extra high personal protection. It is of type A and can therefore detect both alternating current and pulsating direct current faults. The product is equipped with a QuickConnect connection and is intended for DIN rail mounting in electrical panels in residential and commercial installations.
