LK Distribution Cabinet UNI 550 made of powder-coated sheet steel, has a waterproof bottom with a 50 mm high front edge.

Description

LK Distribution Cabinet UNI 350, UNI 450, UNI 550 and UNI 700. The cabinets are made of powder-coated sheet steel, white color RAL 9016 and have a waterproof bottom with a 50 mm high front edge and approved according to NT VVS 129 and SP-5676. There are different frames/doors depending on where the cabinet is mounted: LK Frame/door UNI INB and LK Frame/door UNI UTB when the cabinet is mounted inside or outside on the wall. For external mounting, supplement with a base. When LK Distribution Cabinet UNI 350 and UNI 550 are mounted on the ceiling, LK Frame/door UNI TAK should be used. In rooms with a waterproofing layer on the wall, LK Frame/Hatch Slim Preseal UNI or LK Wet Zone Hatch Preseal UNI should be used. Wet zone hatch should be supplemented with LK Tileable Design Preseal or LK Standard Design Preseal. Requires greater construction depth. For a discreet/concealed installation, use LK Gypsum Hatch Hidden. Requires greater construction depth.

The cabinet is intended for 2 LK Distribution pipes with a maximum number of outlets according to the table. The brackets are enclosed in the cabinet. The brackets are adapted both for connecting pipes from below or from above. LK Drainage Bend V2 complete is enclosed for the leakage indication from the wall. Protective bag to be pulled over the cabinet during construction is included. NOTE! In cases where a main line is laid inside the cabinet, the maximum number of outlets may be reduced. The cold tap water main should be placed on the left side and serve the lower distributor. The hot tap water main should be placed on the right side and serve the upper distributor. For heating water, place the supply line on the left side and service the lower distributor. The return line is placed on the right side and service the upper distributor. Pipes can be connected from below, from any side or from above. The cabinet is supplemented with the required number of pipe penetrations, separate item:

  • Pipe 12-16-20 use LK Pipe penetration 12-20 LP
  • Pipe 20-25 use LK Pipe penetration 20-25 LP
  • Pipe and empty pipe 25 use LK Pipe penetration 25 LP
  • Pipe and empty pipe 32-34 use LK Pipe penetration 32-34 LP
  • Empty pipe 44 mm use LK Pipe penetration 32 RiR LP
