LK heating circuit manifold RF is made of stainless steel and is available in versions from 1 to 12 underfloor heating circuits.

Description

LK heating circuit manifold RF is made of stainless steel and is available in versions from 1 to 12 underfloor heating circuits. The heating circuit manifold is delivered fully assembled on a console. The manifold has thermometers on the supply and return, manual air vents and filling/draining valves*. (*VKF RF 1 is delivered without a thermometer and filling/draining valve). Included are marking plates for marking each underfloor heating circuit, installation instructions and a protective bag which is used to protect the manifold from e.g. concrete splashes during construction.

The upper manifold marked FLOW (inflow) is equipped with flow indicators graduated from 0.5–5 l/min and adjustment valves for adjusting the respective circuit flow. The flow indicators are made of temperature and impact-resistant plastic. The plastic is resistant to antifreeze such as glycol and ethanol with up to 50% and 30% admixture, respectively. The lower manifold marked RETURN (return) has a hand control for shutting off the respective circuit. The hand control is normally replaced with LK Actuators. The manifold is supplemented with LK Ball Valve and the necessary couplings for connecting floor heating pipes:

  • LK Connection coupling in dim. 12x2, 16x2 or 20x2.
  • Alt. LK Press connection coupling in dim 16x2 or 20x2

The manifold's construction dimensions can be read in the article table below. The center dimension of the pipe connections is 50 mm with a 25 mm offset between supply and return. Additional length dimensions for accessories are given below.
