How does Minex 11 work in the shower

Yes, the Metro Minex 11 is enough for a shower, but with a lower flow than in a standard home – about a third of a normal shower flow. Since the product heats the water in real time, the principle is simple: the flow controls the temperature. The lower the flow, the higher the hot water temperature.

The instantaneous water heater has a setting value of 30–60 °C for smart power adjustment. You can easily set the water flow manually on your mixer to achieve the desired maximum temperature for a comfortable shower.

The final temperature of the hot water is directly controlled by the current water flow (liters per minute):

• 2.5 l/min: >60 °C (Perfect for washing dishes and scalding hot water)
