Description
An efficient and energy-smart solution for hot water at an individual tap. Metro Therm Minex 3.5 E is the optimal instantaneous heater when there are no hot water pipes, or when it is simply not economically viable to install a central system. Thanks to its extremely compact design, Minex 3.5 is installed smoothly and discreetly directly under or next to the wash basin. Since the water is heated exactly as it flows through the device, you avoid energy losses and get hot water in just a few seconds.

How does temperature control work
Metro Therm Minex 3.5 heats the water by directly increasing the temperature of the incoming cold water. The final temperature is controlled entirely by the water flow – the lower the flow, the higher the water temperature. The heater is equipped with three different setting positions for an efficient adjustment. You can also easily throttle the flow manually on your mixer to maximize the heat as needed. Temperature increase in relation to flow:
- 2.0 l/min: +25 °C temperature increase
- 2.5 l/min: +20 °C temperature increase
- 3.0 l/min: +17 °C temperature increase
- 3.5 l/min: < 15 °C temperature increase
