This high-quality steatite element (ceramic heating element) of 1-3 kW (3000W) is the perfect spare part to restore the performance and extend the life of your enameled water heater from Metro Therm. This element is specially designed for the 55 E to 300 E model series and ensures that you have access to reliable hot water for a long time to come.

Unlike traditional immersion heaters that are placed directly in the water, a steatite element is pushed into a dry tube (a so-called immersion tube) in the tank.

  • No direct water contact: Since the ceramic element never touches the domestic water, it is effectively protected against limescale deposits and direct corrosion.
