LK Wet Zone Hatch 350x350mm Preseal UNI

Description

LK Wet Zone Hatch Preseal UNI is an approved and thoroughly tested inspection hatch designed to provide optimal moisture protection in wet areas. The hatch is equipped with a fixed steel flange of 60 mm combined with a factory-mounted 50 mm foil flange, which guarantees a tightness that is integrated directly with the wall's waterproofing.

Flexible installation and adaptable design

This wet zone hatch can be attached directly to the wall's supporting structure or mounted against a compatible distribution cabinet. All necessary accessories for both installation methods are included in delivery. The frame has an adjustable depth of between 3 and 13 mm to create a smooth and stylish transition to the wall surface.

For the final surface finish, the installation hatch can be supplemented with two types of hatches:

• LK Tileable Design Preseal: For a discreet installation where tiles are mounted directly on the hatch surface.
• LK Standard Design Preseal: A classic hatch made of white-lacquered sheet steel.

Important installation guidelines

• Placement in wet rooms: The hatch is approved for installation in wet zones, but must not be placed in spaces for direct shower or bath.
• Distance between cabinets: When installing two adjacent doors, a distance of at least 150 mm is recommended between the cabinets.
• Corner placement: The distance from cabinet to corner should be at least 100 mm.
• Waterproofing connection: See the current installation instructions for a complete list of approved waterproofing systems and connection methods.
• Plastic mat surface layer: Please note that there are no test methods for connecting the foil flange to plastic mats, which means that the product is not intended for installation in walls with plastic mat as a surface layer.
