LK Wet Zone Hatch Preseal UNI 1050x710 offers a reliable solution for water and moisture-proof wall installations in modern wet room environments. The unit is equipped with a factory-mounted 50 mm foil flange that sits on a 60 mm fixed flange. This creates a safe and type-approved transition to system-approved waterproofing in wet zones 1 and 2, but not for placement directly in the shower or bath zone. The wall hatch is versatile and works excellently as an inspection hatch for built-in distributor cabinets and shunt cabinets, or for direct installation in a wall frame or shaft. The design meets current industry requirements for water-resistant pipe installations.

Material selection and adjustability

• Durable components: All parts that are permanently anchored in the wall construction are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for maximum service life.
• Surface treatment: Other sheet metal parts consist of galvanized steel coated with powder paint in a white shade (RAL 9016).
• Flexible frame: The outer frame can be adjusted in depth between 3 and 13 mm to provide a smooth and precise adaptation to the finished surface of the wall.

• Handling: The unit should be stored frost-free, dry and in a temperate environment until installation.
